Vapeys use Courier Post and Aramex for shipping New Zealand nationwide and Courier post/DHL for our shipping to Australia and Worldwide.
All orders will be processed from our Auckland warehouse between 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, except NZ public holidays. Orders received before 1pm – we try our best to have it shipped out the same day if not the next working day.
Shipping transit time within New Zealand can take from one to two working days for North Island deliveries and one to three working days for the South Island.
Please note that rural deliveries may take longer. You will receive email or text updates every step of the way to ensure you know exactly where your items are.
Please also note that due to Covid-19 pandemic, deliveries delays may be expected.
- Standard courier costs are FREE within New Zealand on orders NZD $300 inc GST and over – Sent through NZ POST/Aramex
- Standard Courier costs is NZD $7.50 inc GST New Zealand wide for orders under NZD $299 inc GST
- International Post costs is NZD $19.50 inc GST Australia wide for orders
- International Speed Courier costs is NZD $35 inc GST Australia wide for orders sent through DHL
Please allow three working days for Courier Post to delivers in NZ and longer to get to Australia.
When choosing from any of the range of great Vapeys E-Liquid take care. To maintain safety & quality we do not accept any E-Liquid returns.
We are happy to accept the returns of our Vapes with the following conditions:
- The Vape needs to be unopened.
- The Vape needs to be in near new condition.
- Returns need to be within 30 days of purchase date.
On discretion we may allow you to exchange the item that you want return, and once the return is accepted, we can issue a separate invoice for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We at Vapeys only import/distribute fine to excellent vaping products. We have chosen our range with care to look after our retailer needs. Given this level of attention to care, we have found it has paid off, as we have very few faulty or returned vape products.
